In May of this year voters across the province go to the polls to elect mayors, councillors, District Education Council representatives and Regional Health Authority board members.

Elections New Brunswick is currently gearing up for the event, and traveling across the province in an effort to raise awareness of these grassroots positions up for election, which have a direct impact on many of the decisions affecting our daily lives. Mr. David Owens, Assistant Electoral Officer with Elections New Brunswick was the guest speaker at a Greater Bathurst Chamber of Commerce event on Wednesday, March 14th at Danny’s Inn. He informed the audience how they can get involved with the May 14th election.
